Andrew faces removal from royal succession amid scandal

Royal correspondent Sarah Hewson says Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor may be removed from the royal line of succession once the police investigation concludes.

“This is the greatest scandal in modern times for the Royal Family. They can only survive it if they’re able to put a firewall around themselves and limit the damage Andrew causes,” Ms Hewson told Sky News host Peta Credlin.

“More than 80 per cent of people support him being removed from the line of succession, and the government says it is very much on board with that.”
