‘Bit of a playboy’: No ‘sympathy’ or ‘affection’ seen towards Andrew after his arrest

Spiked Online Editor Tom Slater claims there is little sympathy for Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor because he “was seen as a bit of a playboy”.

“From what I can measure, it doesn’t seem like the sympathy goes particularly far or particularly deep,” Mr Slater told Sky News host Caleb Bond.

“I don’t think there has ever been a tremendous amount of sympathy or affection for prince Andrew.”
