Forbes has revealed that despite claims to the contrary, Superman lost money at the box office. Meanwhile Peacemaker Season 2, the direct sequel to Superman, ended yesterday to decidedly mixed reviews, and there can be no doubt this season’s divisive and controversial elements pushed fans away. Given how these two projects were supposed to set up the whole DCU moving forward, does this mean the DCU is in trouble even before it has a chance to get started?
