NY Attorney General compared to ‘Bart Simpson’ after awkward debate moment

News24 host James Morrow mocked New York Attorney General Letitia James for struggling to name a single predecessor she admired during a debate.

“In New York, the attorney general is a woman called Letitia James, and she is one of the people who most persecuted Trump through all of those sort of lawfare campaigns,” Mr Morrow said.

“She is up for re-election, and she was in a debate … she was asked a very simple question; it was beyond her.

“It was like watching Bart Simpson do a book report there.”
