AHS 13: Constance’s Deal Could Let the Devil Rule
American Horror Story Season 13 is bringing back some of the franchise’s most recognizable characters, but these reunions are setting up something much bigger than a nostalgic celebration of Ryan Murphy’s horror universe.
Jessica Lange returns as Constance Langdon alongside familiar faces from Murder House, Hotel, Coven, and other seasons. With Tate, Adelaide, James Patrick March, and Cordelia all becoming part of the unfolding mystery, AHS Season 13 is connecting storylines that once seemed completely separate.
At the center of everything is Constance’s deal with the devil, a supernatural bargain that brings her children back while helping Mr. Nash pursue his terrifying ambitions. The mysterious requirement of 13 sacrifices introduces even more returning characters, while March’s newly assembled Cortez Devils put the Coven directly in danger.
And then there’s Ben. His lifelong connection to the number 13, survival of Flight 13, and mysterious 616 marking suggest that the season’s newest characters may be just as important as its returning icons.
We break down the American Horror Story Season 13 crossover, its connections to Apocalypse, the significance of Constance Langdon’s return, and the mysteries that could shape the rest of the season.
These returning characters aren’t simply revisiting their past. They’re becoming part of an entirely new nightmare.
