CCA I: America’s National Security Strategy – “Needed Adjustments in Post-Cold War Policy”

Since 1987, every presidential administration has produced a National Security Strategy (NSS), a public document outlining its approach to foreign policy. This first CCA of the 2026-2027 academic year will discuss the 2025 NSS issued by the Trump administration, including a consideration of the principles and history on which it is based.
