Lindsay Clancy has added prominent Boston attorney Martin Weinberg to her defense team for a focused double-jeopardy challenge following the mistrial. Weinberg previously argued a similar post-mistrial issue for Karen Read and will handle Clancy’s forthcoming motion to dismiss on constitutional grounds and any related appeal.
