‘Tragic for the kids’: Woke culture deeply ‘embedded’ in Australia’s education system

​The Daily Telegraph’s Tim Blair says “wokeness” has been “embedded” in Australia’s education system.

​“The whole woke phase is kind of timing out; it’s kind of eroding,” Mr Blair told News24 host Chris Kenny.

​“While woke politics and wokeness was in its ascendancy, it did get its claws into laws and regulations and workplace agreements, and that’s going to be a lot harder to get rid of, which is what I think we’re seeing here.

​“You’ve got woke fashion being challenged, but unfortunately, awfully, and potentially tragically for a lot of kids, that’s all embedded now in how the education department is working.

​“This is going to require a lot more work to erase the previous dumb fashions, that’s for sure.”
