Thieves snatch 600-diamond necklace from Vienna museum
An international manhunt is underway for two men who stole necklaces with more than 600 diamonds from a museum in Austria.
Police allege the thieves bought a ticket for the exhibition in Vienna where the jewellery was being displayed, before smashing its glass cabinet.
The necklace, designed for Egypt’s former royal family, is worth more than $5.5 million.
