Trump accused of ‘punishing South Korea’ while cosying up to Kim Jong Un

The Australian Foreign Editor Greg Sheridan reacts to United States President Donald Trump cosying up to North Korean leader Kim Jong Un as the US “substantially reduce” joint military exercises with South Korea.
