​Former White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney shuts down rumours US President Donald Trump is contemplating his resignation.

​“Donald Trump will leave over his dead body,” Mr Mulvaney told News24.

​“I’ve seen a couple of Democrats wishfully thinking that’s going to happen.

​“Let’s all assume he’s going to be here for the next two years.”
