Multiple public health investigations underway in the US over spike in foodborne illnesses

Fresh produce has become the focus of multiple public health investigations in the US.

Nearly a dozen foodborne outbreaks are now under investigation by the FDA.

This comes as nearly every state is reporting cases of foodborne illnesses, including E.coli, Listeria, and Salmonella.
