Trump says Israel is ‘very happy’ with Hamas disarmament agreement

US President Donald Trump says Israel is “very happy” with the agreement reached by his ​Board of Peace for the complete disarmament of Hamas in Gaza.

“We do have an agreement with Israel … most people said that would be a deal that would be undoable,” Mr Trump said.

“Will it go through its ups and downs? It’s a very complex situation over there.”
