Why did conservatives lose entertainment? People overcomplicate it — the entire landscape comes down to four variables, and I’ve been talking about them for fifteen years. Responding to Kangmin’s video, I break down: why the biggest non-leftist demographic consumed art for decades but never valued creating it, why non-leftist billionaires don’t build studios or fund games (per the donation data, roughly 88% of political contributions from motion picture production and distribution went to Democrats — and the game studios look the same), why nostalgia and legacy IP mean the mainstream wins by default no matter how many duds it lays, and the one nobody wants to say out loud: non-leftists are far more tolerant consumers of entertainment than the people running it.
