‘Hideous’: Fears grow over unanswered questions surrounding Ann Widdecombe’s murder

Conservative Political Advisor Claire Pearsall questions whether a political element can be ruled out after the “absolutely horrendous” circumstances surrounding the death of former UK MP Ann Widdecombe.

“An absolutely horrendous set of circumstances,” Ms Pearsall told Sky News Australia.

“Just to think of the pain that she’s gone through is hideous.

“There is an individual that now has been charged in the UK with murder.

“I think the police have been particularly bad with the communications.

“Surely you cannot rule out a political element.”
