During remarks on the Senate floor Wednesday, Sen. Deb Fischer (R-NE) blocked Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer’s (D-NY) bill to block taxpayer funds from being used to upgrade the 747 that was gifted to President Trump from Qatar.
