Former NSW police minister David Elliott blasts the Prime Minister’s media team, questioning why they approved the interview and condemning the “melons” joke about Japan’s prime minister.

“The Prime Minister of a middle power gets invited on the show of a naughty little blond comedian,” Mr Elliott told Sky News host Danica De Giorgio.

“Who on earth in his extremely inflated media team thought this was going to end well?

“What’s with the Jokes about the prime minister of Japan’s melons?”
