Supergirl was torpedoed even before it launched by Milly Alcock’s insults to large segments of the audience, but given what’s onscreen, did it really matter? Variety slammed it in unusually harsh terms, and audience reviews are mixed. Latest bad news: this last Friday, even with previews added in, it seems to have only made around $18M domestically, and even worse internationally.
