Iran has figured out the Strait of Hormuz is a ‘bargaining chip’ over the global economy

Iranian and Middle Eastern Studies Centre Director Sahar Razavi says Iran has seen the Strait of Hormuz as its “bargaining chip”.

Ms Razavi told Sky News Australia that it’s working as “leverage” over the US.

“But also, over the global economy.”
