‘Punching bag’: Autism used to increase the scale of the NDIS

Former Liberal Senator Hollie Hughes says autism is the “punching bag” for the reason the NDIS is so large.

Ms Hughes told Sky News host Andrew Bolt that it’s “insulting” to people dealing with high levels of autism.

“This is just further salt in the wounds to those parents.”
